Jessie.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When i was working for hotels, chefs told me that actually it&amp;#39;s not really that huge amount of &amp;quot;fin&amp;quot; we could buy.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As for people keep talking about how Taiwanese eat shark fins, especialy being discussed by non-Taiwaneses, and so-called environmentalist.
